This listing is for three pairs of custom, made-to-order, washable wool nursing pads. Allow 3 days for construction.
MATERIALS: These are constructed from an outer layer of recycled wool, an inner absorbent layer of cotton sherpa, and the layer against your skin made from bamboo and organic cotton. It is a bamboo velour and is super soft! It is produced in an eco-friendly manner, if you would like more information from my distributor, please convo me. It is OEKA certified (better certification than organic!)
I will use whatever wool scraps (lambswool or merino wool) that I have on hand. If you have a color preference, please note that in your checkout under 'notes to seller' and I will try to accommodate you. As these are made-to-order, please allow 3 days to make them.
SIZE: These measure about 4.75" in diameter. If you would prefer a larger or smaller pad, please convo me! Every body is different and I want to help you be as comfortable as possible during your nursing years!
CARE: These can be washed with your regular wash, though they will perform the best if handwashed in gentle soap. The wool has been partially felted, so it will not shrink if washed in cold or warm water.
Use caution, they will shrink if washed in your machine on 'hot'. Periodically lanolize these in a lanolin-enriched wool wash, like Eucalan, to renew the properties in the wool.
