Shop Policies

I accept all of the Paypal payment options (echeck, credit, debit).
I will not ship an item until I receive payment! If you are requesting a custom order, I will not begin any work or purchase supplies until you have paid for your custom/reserved listing.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

I ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed (for custom work: see particular listing for production time).

I ship via USPS, and most orders are First Class Mail. Larger items like wool puddle pads are shipped via Priority Mail. Orders over $75 will require insurance for both my protection and yours.
If your shipping costs are $1.00 (or more) less than what you paid, I will refund your PayPal account the difference!

US Shipping
All US shipping includes Delivery Confirmation. I ship USPS first class mail to keep your cost down. You may request additional shipping services at your expense. I will ship to your default PayPal address only. Please be sure that your address in PayPal is up to date. I cannot be responsible if your address in PayPal is incorrect or outdated.

International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees. I ship worldwide to countries that accept PayPal. I ship using the United States Postal Service First Class International shipping. You may request additional shipping services at your expense. I will ship to your default PayPal address only. Please be sure that your address in PayPal is up to date. I cannot be responsible if your address in PayPal is incorrect or outdated.
I do accept returns, at the buyers return shipping expense. I stand behind my products, and only wish for my customers to be happy.
If you believe one of my items was, or is, malfunctioning under its intended use as a result of poor craftsmanship, please "conversation" me so we can arrange an exchange or refund your money.

Cloth Diaper Policies:
The materials are returnable for 45 days from shipment, as long as the diaper is unused and unwashed. The snaps are guaranteed for 90 days from purchase. Should you require a repair, you are responsible for shipping fees. All attempts will be made to make repairs as non-invasive as possible. However, it may be necessary to take out a seam or repair a snap that results in an unhidden snap. All seams will be finished as professionally as possible.
